Classes

What makes Premiere Fitness the BEST place to workout with friends and family?!  It's the combination of quality training and services, combined with a private, yet energetic, place to exercise!  A huge focus for us as trainers is the QUALITY and SAFETY of each exercise.  Because those are so important for us, we have chosen to keep our class sizes smaller so we can make sure each individual is doing the exercise correctly and safely.  Another benefit we have here at Premiere is we ask our clients to sign-up for any classes they are attending, through the Mind Body fitness app.  This not only allows YOU to have our class schedule at your fingertips, but it also allows us as trainers to modify our class programs ahead of time and be ready to make any changes that may be necessary.  With over 23 years of combined experience, there isn't much we haven't seen or worked with!

**Each class is 45 min in duration.

**We currently only have ONE style of class on the schedule, which allows us the opportunity to make it new and fresh every time you come!  **We only allow 8 people MAX per class

**We allow you to come 15 min ahead of scheduled class time to warm-up.

Monthly Unlimited** - $220

*Both the 10 & 15 packages can be used amongst family members (ONLY).  6mo expiration for both

**The monthly unlimited may ONLY be used by one person
